POSITION SUMMARY :

Renewal by Andersen has an opportunity for a Service Tech with our Wilmington team. The Service Tech provides superior field support on RbA products by performing service on existing products for homeowners.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Services and repairs previously installed RbA products.
• Analyzes customers’ situations; determines corrective action to be taken and verifies the action has fixed the situation in the most efficient and cost-effective manner as possible.
• Keeps team members informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Follows established Renewal processes, making recommendations for process improvement.
• Keeps current on RbA product and installation process changes.
• Recommends and may write technical tips for Renewal installation or service; helps maintain an updated service procedure manual.
• Keeps service area neat and organized; including inventory service stock area of warehouse.
• Requests material replenishment as needed; provides details information to CSRs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

SALARY INFORMATION : Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in the role are expected to earn $18.92-28.38 per hour.

Benefits include, and are not limited to :

PROFIT SHARING :   In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
