We are looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team!

The right candidate will have a strong service technician background. Audi / VW Certification is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing necessary repairs.

    • Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities :

  • Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional services needed and provide estimates for repairs.
  • Perform video Multi-Point Inspections provided directly to customers.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

    • Automotive Service Technician Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification or Audi / VW Certification preferred.
  • B level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
  • Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to improve.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
