Position Overview

Were hiring an experienced Pharmacy Technician Manager to lead the Data Entry Department at a national mail-order pharmacy in Southgate. This is a direct hire opportunity for a candidate who brings strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive management style.

Work Hours

Monday Thursday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

Friday : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

Weekends : Off

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the data entry team

Approve and manage time-off requests and attendance records

Evaluate team performance and conduct annual reviews

Address performance issues with coaching or disciplinary action as needed

Recruit and onboard new technicians to maintain staffing levels

Maintain updated training materials and processes

Communicate with clients to resolve order issues or questions

Monitor productivity metrics and assign workload based on team capacity

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client SLAs

What You'll Need

Active Pharmacy Technician license in Kentucky

National certification (PTCB) preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead technician role

Strong understanding of pharmacy data entry operations

Confident leadership and communication abilities

Ability to manage performance while promoting a positive team culture
