MondayThursday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

Friday : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

Weekends : Not required

About the Role

RPh on the Go is currently hiring for a Pharmacy Technician Manager to lead the Data Entry Division within a growing mail-order pharmacy operation. This is a direct hire opportunity ideal for a tech-savvy and experienced leader who can manage people, processes, and performance with efficiency and care.

In this role, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacys data entry function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and productivity while supporting a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Managing attendance, PTO requests, and scheduling for the data entry team

Evaluating staffing needs and assisting in technician hiring

Conducting annual performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed

Overseeing data entry accuracy, turnaround times, and workflow efficiency

Communicating directly with clients to resolve order issues

Developing and updating training resources and onboarding tools

Monitoring technician output and setting performance benchmarks

Ensuring all tasks align with client service level agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards

What Were Looking For :

Active Pharmacy Technician license in Kentucky (unrestricted)

National certification (PTCB) is strongly preferred

Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or lead tech position with strong data entry background

Proven ability to manage people, performance, and priorities in a high-volume environment
