Production Manager – High Speed Stamping

Role Responsibilities :

  • Managing operators and production of high-speed stamping machines using progressive metal dies daily.
  • Monitoring production efficiency, uptime of production orders, and on-time delivery.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and collaboration skills preferred.
  • A proactive preventative action approach to quality and manufacturing bottlenecks along with a good understanding of ISO 9001 quality system is preferred.
  • Effective collaboration with management and scheduling team with a sense of urgency.
  • Motivating workers to meet the challenges in production is important while coaching them to make progress in their skills, knowledge of safety, production efficiency, tooling care, and cost-effective operation.
  • This role requires someone comfortable with asking key questions to provide solutions to production obstacles or quality concerns.

    • Desired Traits :

  • Experience with high-speed progressive metal stamping dies & stamping machines is preferred.
  • Good Math Skills and Knowledge of GD&T reading drawings
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of ISO 9001 quality system and corrective action process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail.
  • Driven by the needs of customers and have a passion for quality.
  • High integrity, desire for a clean and neat work environment with solid work history passing drug and background checks.
