Job Title : Welder

Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team in producing exhaust systems for diverse industries such as power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road markets. The role primarily involves MIG welding on mild and stainless steel, with occasional tack welding and exhaust assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel to create exhaust systems.
• Tack weld and assemble exhaust components as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate production.
• Engage in a variety of tasks around the shop to support learning and growth.
• Assist with fabrication work such as operating a brake press, shear, and roller when required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $36.00 / hr.
