Base pay range

$60,000.00 / yr - $60,000.00 / yr

Annual Salary : $60,000 plus vehicle allowance

Responsibilities

• Oversee management at accounts in assigned area, support achievement of the annual corporate profit goal, meet and exceed area\'s annual revenue & profit goal, achieve account retention, establish long term relationships with the customers, recruit, manage and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide a professional first impression to all customers. Ensure compliance with contract specifications. Respond to customer requests and complaints. P&L responsibility.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, build, manage and lead a high performance team.
• Ability to track, order and manage payroll, recruiting, and manage inspections.
• Reports directly to the Regional Manager.
