Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a UX Designer.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions

Apply user-centered design principles to improve product functionality and user satisfaction

Analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate and enhance designs

Maintain consistency in design standards and contribute to design system development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

2-5 years of experience in UX design or a related role

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving skills

Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The pay range for this role is $100,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr.
