About The Position :

Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of project preconstruction phases to achieve the cost objectives concerning contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding.

Requirements :

• 8+ years of experience in a Preconstruction role, successfully completing Design Build or Construction Management at Risk projects.
• Preferred four-year degree in a construction-related curriculum.
• Preferred achievement of LEED AP certification.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
