We’re hiring an Industrial & Commercial Construction Solutions Specialist , a role where your hands-on knowledge of construction and industrial systems gives you a huge advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams.
- Travel throughout your territory to meet with current and prospective customers, strengthening existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
- Communicate through email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to promote our products, resolve issues, and secure new business.
- Provide technical support and product expertise — from concept to application — ensuring customers get cost-effective, high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Inside Sales, Sourcing, Quality, etc.) to quote projects, win business, and deliver excellent service.
- Use CRM and related tools to track opportunities, manage accounts, and document activities.
What We’re Looking For
Education / Experience : High School diploma Required or 3-5 years of relevant sales / technical trade experience.Communication skills : Comfortable presenting, listening, and building trust with customers.Problem-solving mindset : Able to analyze customer needs, recommend solutions, and think on your feet.Sales drive : Motivated to achieve targets, overcome objections, and grow business in your territory.Technical aptitude : Ability to read and understand technical drawings; prior product / engineering experience is a plus.Technology : Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred (training provided).Other : Must hold a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with regional travel (some overnight).Why Join Us?
