Talent Programs Manager
Emerson is looking for a Talent Programs Manager to work in our Enterprise organization based out of St. Louis, MO. As Talent Programs Manager, you will be responsible for the overall program development and management of Emerson's early talent recruitment strategy. The role is designed to serve as a strategic partner to the business units and influence a streamlined approach to attracting and retaining top talent in the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, university relations, program management, and building strong customer relationships. This position will report to the Director Talent Programs.
