Rockland Flooring, a manufacturer of hardwood floors for the transportation industry, has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Specialist.
The qualified candidate is required to demonstrate :
- Proven customer service experience with excellent organizational, written, verbal and record keeping skills.
- Highly skilled in order processing, creating POs, invoicing, bill of lading, packing list, etc.
- Able to use documents in Excel (and other software) to communicate to customers the technical specifications of our products.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
Work closely with customers and assist them with orders, freight scheduling, review of product drawings, and square footage.Promptly communicate with Manufacturing to provide accurate feedback on customer requests, scheduling changes and complaints.Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams while they are in the field, providing and maintaining price files, sales reporting, product quotes, freight quotes and other sales functions.Accurate and thorough management of customer orders, from receipt to shipment to delivery.Meet with Accounting Dept. for month-end reporting.This position pays $24.00 / hr. and offers a competitive benefit package.
