Remote Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and improve operational standards and SOPs across the division

Support the performance review framework and monitor division KPIs

Facilitate collaboration and alignment across Engineering, Product, and Product Design teams

Required Qualifications :

Experience in operations management or a related field

Proven track record in performance management and operational efficiency

Experience in talent acquisition and organizational development

Knowledge of compliance and governance standards

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
