Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Wyrick Robbins is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 3+ years of relevant experience to join its leading Commercial Real Estate practice. The firm has a collegial office environment with leading practitioners on sophisticated matters at a regional, national, and international level.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition and initiative and should have relevant experience to assist clients with a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions and matters, including :

• NC Bar admission (or ability to waive in) preferred
• Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics
• Excellent written, analytical, and verbal skills

Wyrick Robbins is a full-service law firm focusing on growth-oriented businesses and financial organizations providing capital to such businesses. Its primary clients are regional, national, and global companies, ranging from start-ups and early-stage companies to established private and public entities.

The firm handles financial and corporate transactions, commercial litigation, and other legal needs of these businesses. More than half of its attorneys are laterals from national and regional law firms.
