Electric Lemon is seeking a passionate Pastry Cook to join the team and work closely with Executive Pastry Chef Paige McMahon. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the creativity, consistency, and excellence of our pastry program.
Chef McMahon’s career includes leadership roles at Michelin-starred Oxalis, Restaurant Daniel, Batârd, Francie, and The Lamb’s Club. Known for her artistry and technical mastery, she brings refined creativity and a seasonal sensibility to every dessert, shaping a program that is both innovative and deeply rooted in craft.
