Overview : We're in need of experienced Construction Superintendents to join our team, focusing on new commercial construction projects. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in overseeing ground-up development projects, particularly in the construction of new commercial buildings. As a Superintendent with us, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while prioritizing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Lead all on-site construction activities for new commercial projects, ensuring strict adherence to project plans and specifications.

Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project management personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the construction process.

Provide strong leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.

Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders to address concerns promptly and ensure project success.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record in new commercial construction projects.

Thorough understanding of commercial construction practices and processes, including ground-up development.

Exceptional leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while upholding quality standards.

OSHA certification is preferred.
