Retail Concept Hardware Development
This role supports the execution of retail concept hardware development, sourcing, and fulfillment to ensure the successful implementation of new and existing store concepts across North America. The position plays a key role in coordinating processes, managing orders, and supporting supply chain activities to maintain alignment with global standards and regional business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and delivering engineering documentation for store fixture elements and updates.
- Support the sourcing process by coordinating with internal teams and market vendors to ensure timely and accurate procurement.
- Help manage store concept updates by tracking changes and facilitating fixture adjustments or new procurements.
- Ensure all activities align with global processes, including installation and safety standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain a reliable and efficient supply chain from supplier to store.
- Help manage fixture orders based on store opening and remodeling forecasts, including tracking of forecasted and bulk orders.
- Participate in vendor onboarding, training, and performance tracking to maintain service levels and compliance.
- Support project timelines, reporting, and issue resolution related to store development initiatives.
- Assist in processing and tracking invoices, claims for damaged goods, and SAP vendor entries.
- Also ensures timely, complete, and cost efficient supply of concept fixtures including claims for deficiencies and replacement of damaged items.

Bachelor's degree and a minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, or retail hardware support.
