Colorado Alternate Facility Security Officer

A company is looking for an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO).

Key Responsibilities

Process and track security clearance investigations, assisting new employees with eApp and SF-86 forms

Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for personnel

Manage outgoing visit requests and certifications using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)

Required Qualifications

3+ years of AFSO or FSO experience

Completion of applicable DCSA training and FSO courses

Minimum DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS level clearance

Experience in NISP implementation and NISPOM requirements

Ability to interpret and implement security policy and provide guidance
