Schedule & Pay

  • Hours : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 a.m.–4 : 00 p.m.
  • Compensation : $20.64–$24.76 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Run essential operational reports and update customer records
  • Perform inventory procedures and validate counts
  • Inspect returned materials for condition and accuracy
  • Organize returns pending final disposition
  • Ensure inventory items meet Wesco standards
  • Review RA and credit memo forms; process credit memos when appropriate
  • Support branch compliance tasks and day-to-day administrative needs

    • What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred : 1 year in operations or administrative support
  • Preferred : 1 year in customer service or inside sales
  • Comfort with basic computer tools and data accuracy
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
