Job Title : Inventory Specialist

Hours : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. Weekend availability is required.

$19.80 Per hour + quarterly bonus opportunities

Primary responsibility of Inventory Specialist is to perform the day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities of the Asurion forward stocking locations for various in-home client programs. This person serves as an integral part of the Supply Chain Management support team in providing support and ensuring smooth and effective operations and will provide a variety of professional, administrative, and / or clerical services to department and management.

Essential Functions

• Support warehouse operations as well as any administrative tasks to meet quality and productivity metrics supporting overall business needs.
• Assist teams to ensure timely product movement, availability and disposition according to process
• Confirm and support all required shipping and receiving protocols
• Monitor and update applicable software programs as needed
• Maintains inventory accuracy by researching and performing follow-ups when discrepancies arise
• Troubleshoots issues related to office management, including telephony, computers, printers, and facilities.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by department and management.
• Collaborate pro-actively and successfully across departmental boundaries.
• On a daily basis operate in compliance with Federal, State and Local authorities.
