Overview
This role is a fully remote Creative Director position for life sciences clients, leading the creative vision and execution, managing a small, high-performing team, and delivering innovative, compliant creative concepts and tools. The role combines hands-on design and concept development with leadership, mentorship, and strategic oversight. This position also will define and maintain the agency's creative standards, collaborate with cross-functional partners and clients, and shape the agency's overall creative strategy, visual identity, and voice. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values both creative excellence and business impact.
Base pay range : $125,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team across digital, print, and other deliverables for life sciences clients
- Work alongside agency leadership to define and execute long-term creative vision and identity
- Ensure high-quality output that meets client objectives and compliance requirements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide feedback, and refine creative concepts
- Serve as creative lead for client accounts, aligning work with brand, business, and regulatory requirements
- Champion creative excellence across the agency while balancing originality and compliance
- Collaborate with operations, project, and account teams on resourcing, timelines, and budgets
- Support business development through pitch materials and client presentations
- Contribute to team growth by hiring, mentoring, and shaping service offerings
Desired Experience and Skills
Experience in market access, specialty pharma, oncology, or rare disease strongly preferredHistory working with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and other design toolsDemonstrated ability to mentor creative talent and foster professional growthStrong client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience contributing to new business development and agency growthBe able to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on creative executionFamiliarity with pharmaceutical marketing complianceSolid understanding of brand strategy and its role in creative workPreferred Qualifications
