Account Manager - Spending Accounts

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Spending Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client expectations and drive decisions related to implementations and ongoing deliverables

Lead client meetings and assist in gathering plan requirements for documentation and training materials

Coordinate open enrollment deliverables and respond to client inquiries while ensuring quality standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of client services experience within consumer spending health plans

Experience in third-party administration, benefits brokerage, or health care industries is preferred

Related exposure to Benefits Administration, HRIS, and / or Payroll environments is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
