Our client is seeking a high-energy Recruiter to support their dynamic manufacturing operation with a mix of hourly plant-floor and salaried recruiting responsibilities. This is a hands-on role that balances high-volume recruitment with strategic hiring support for salaried positions-particularly in technical areas like Engineering. This position plays a critical role in delivering top talent to support plant operations, while also partnering with leadership and HR to drive workforce planning and meet evolving hiring needs. You'll have the autonomy to manage roles end-to-end and the opportunity to influence hiring strategies at a site level. Key Responsibilities : Own the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles, from intake to offer Source talent through databases, social media, job boards, and direct outreach Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions Conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluating candidates for both skill and cultural fit Maintain a consistent and professional candidate experience across all touchpoints Manage onboarding documentation and coordinate with HR on new hire processes Support or manage internship programs as needed Stay up to date on labor laws and hiring compliance regulations Deliver regular recruitment updates and pipeline reporting to leadership Promote the organization's values and culture in all candidate communications Assisting with employee relations, benefit administration, and other HR duties as needed Required Qualifications : 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment or a 3rd party firm focused on manufacturing Proven success in high-volume recruiting (hourly production roles especially) Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-demand setting Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications : Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried positions across a manufacturing site Prior exposure to recruiting Engineering or skilled trades positions Background in workforce planning or partnering closely with hiring managers Working knowledge of current labor / employment regulations Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus Titles Encouraged to Apply : Manufacturing Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist Plant Recruiter HR Coordinator HR Generalist HR Business Partner Technical Recruiter
