About the role
As a CNC Programming Machinist, you will operate under the guidance of Operations Management and collaborate closely with the Engineering team to deliver precision components on time and to spec.
A day in the life
- Provide hands-on leadership across CNC machining activities and the resistive element process.
- Manage and control Screening, Molding, and Machining processes to ensure consistency and throughput.
- Elevate quality standards and drive on-time delivery for internal customers and production teams.
- Champion a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
Experience and education
5+ years of CNC machining and CNC programming experience (HAAS platforms strongly preferred).Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with AS9100 quality systems.Comfortable with MS Word and Excel.High School Diploma required; additional college or trade schooling is a plus.How you work
