We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Weekend Hospice  Registered Nurse (RN) in the Harrisburg, Lancaster, and York, PA areas.

Job Description :

• As a Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the care of patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living environments from Friday 5pm to Monday at 7am .  You will take call during these hours and perform patient visits (including admissions).  You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide direct nursing care to ensure the comfort and dignity of patients at the end of life.
• This position requires a nurse with clinical expertise, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality hospice care.
