Senior Analyst (Buckhead)

Were partnered with an entrepreneurial real estate investment and development firm with an active pipeline across the Southeast, seeking a Senior Analyst to join their growing team in Atlanta.

This is a broad and hands-on position offering direct exposure to senior leadership and involvement across the full investment lifecycle from acquisitions and development through asset management and capital markets. The firm focuses on creating dynamic, community-driven projects across multiple product types including mixed-use, office, retail, and multifamily.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support new acquisitions and development opportunities through financial modeling, business plan creation, and market analysis
• Contribute to due diligence, closing, and ongoing deal execution
• Assist with financing and investor reporting, including preparation of summaries, reports, and draw requests
• Collaborate with project teams on active developments, tracking budgets and coordinating with design and construction partners
• Participate in portfolio management and leasing strategy, including performance analysis and business plan updates
• Support refinancing, recapitalization, and disposition efforts as required
