We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead a team of 7 employees on the 2nd shift in a fast-paced production and distribution environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of balancing leadership responsibilities with operational duties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support a team of 7 production staff on the 2nd shift.
• Ensure timely and accurate loading of trucks for outgoing shipments.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Scan and assign totes to corresponding tickets using provided systems.
• Monitor team productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
