Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, driven sales development representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing CPA firm in North Carolina. SDR will be responsible for lead generation - developing and maintaining relationships to create new business and clients for our growing firm.

Job Duties :
Identify and establish contact with potential new customers and clients.Develop and maintain consistent contact with leads via phone call, email, or in-person meetings.Attend events, networking and meetings to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.Demonstrate ability to meet sales objectives.Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.Generate and submit sales reports to management.Act as face of company providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.Function effectively within a collaborative team environment.Prospect new business opportunities with cold calling, emailing, and relationship building.Interact daily with prospects via all contact outlets, including social media.Develop best practices for catering to the target market and converting leads to new clients.Participate in prospecting meetings with internal teams when needed.Enter, update, and maintain CRM system regarding prospects' key informationBenefits Available :
