Job Summary
The University System of Georgia (USG) is accepting applications for an Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to both the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Internal Audit, Ethics and Compliance. This role is entrusted with highly sensitive and confidential matters and serves as a key liaison across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including members of the Board of Regents, System Office leadership, institutional administrators, and staff. The position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational agility. Occasional in-state travel and extended hours may be required.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience supporting complex organizations and proactively anticipating needs. They will be a collaborative team player, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy is essential.
