We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to join our team in Covington, GA. This role will serve as a key partner to the business, helping shape and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic HR leadership, operational excellence, and strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with organizational needs.
- Lead and support large-scale change initiatives across the business.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Provide strategic HR guidance while maintaining the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
- Navigate and operate effectively within a complex, matrixed global organization.
- Champion employee engagement, development, and retention strategies.
- Ensure alignment of HR practices with our client's values and global standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR experience; 812 years preferredDemonstrated career progression with increasing scope and responsibility (not a series of lateral moves).Experience working in a global organization strongly preferred.Proven ability to lead change and drive results in a dynamic environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and other HR functions.Comfortable working on-site in Covington, GA four days per week.Preferred Attributes
