Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Distribution Administrator.

Shift : 1st shift - 8 : 00 - 5 : 00

Job Description :

As a Distribution Administrator, you will :

• Receive and process incoming materials using SAP.
• Manage spares sales orders : quotations, entry, acknowledgements, changes, status updates, fulfillment, and invoicing.
• Ensure accurate order booking in SAP, verifying customer data, part numbers, pricing, shipping terms, and delivery dates.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Outlook and customer portals; maintain timely and professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor delivery performance, track backorders, and recommend improvements.
• Handle customer complaints : returns, credits, missing documents, and disputes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
