The Propulsion Systems Industrial Engineering team is seeking a Methods Process Analyst to join our team located in Everett, WA.

Our Methods Process Analyst contractors will focus on documenting time standards and processes to focus on production stability. This includes observing build processes and recommending process improvements through lean methodologies. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

Observe build processes, document time standards and production methods, and identify opportunities for process improvement using lean methodologies. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting teams to support production stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Exposure and / or experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and / or production environment
• Experience performing work observations and time studies

Location and Onsite Requirements

Onsite : This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA or Kent, WA or both as needed.

100% Onsite at one of these locations : Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Auburn, WA

Training

Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to crouch down, semi-mobile, walk, and climb stairs while performing duties throughout the day.
