The Customer Strategy & Marketing Internship Program provides hands-on experience in data analysis, customer feedback review, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience and support strategic initiatives. This role involves working with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver impactful insights across the organization.

Key responsibilities include :

Provide support to Managers within the internship with activities such as data analysis and report building

Review internal & external customer feedback and implement changes for improving customer experience

Communicate internally & externally status of work or projects to partners and stakeholders at varying levels of the organization

Work with peers and various business partners supporting overall team initiatives

Participate in improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or currently enrolled in college or university

Work Experience : 1+ years or equivalent experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Experience in collecting and analyzing data

Experience presenting insights and providing recommendations to leadership

Experience working collaboratively in a matrixed environment

Experience setting priorities and completing assignments on time
