Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company offerings.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
- Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand presence.
