Our next Office Manager will be dynamo; someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish , who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and runs payroll within the first two days of each week while also handling several other high visibility projects.
The right person for this new role enjoys supporting their team by making sure folks are taken care of.
Your Spanish language skills will come in handy as you train new members, many of whom speak Spanish as their first language, how to use a time-keeping app on a company phone.
Once payroll is taken care of, you’ll spend the balance of your week helping to keep track of our fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment, obtaining permits, keeping our business licenses up to date, and reporting vehicle compliance to the state.

- Great at payroll and enjoy the process / routine of running payroll cycles A natural leader with a successful history of overseeing direct reports who would speak highly of you as a mentor and manager Have worked as an Office Manager or something similar and have served as the central point of contact or hub for several departments / teams Highly productive : w ork fast, enjoy keeping busy, and offer to help others if / when your own tasks are completed Fluent in both English and Spanish. (Yes, sadly, this is an absolute requirement of the position.) Make data entry changes quickly, troubleshoot timekeeping and payroll issues in a timely manner, and following up to let each employee know their issue has been resolved Are tech savvy and have a proven system for holding yourself and others accountable, preferably in the cloud using MS-Planner or another Kanban-style tool Are happy to provide phone support to team members needing assistance. A patient trainer and can do so in both English and Spanish.
