Marketing and Events Coordinator

Position Overview

The Marketing and Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing CASA of Southeast Texass marketing, communications, and fundraising event initiatives. This position ensures consistent branding, strengthens CASAs visibility in the community, engages volunteers and donors, and supports fundraising success through well-organized events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Communications

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that aligns with CASAs mission and fundraising goals.
• Manage CASAs website and social media channels, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and mission-focused.
• Design digital and print collateral including flyers, invitations, newsletters, and event signage.
• Create and distribute monthly e-newsletters and donor / volunteer communications.
• Work with media partners to coordinate press releases, public service announcements, and interviews.
• Track analytics (social media, email campaigns, website traffic) and adjust strategies for maximum engagement.
