RSC2 is currently looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our growing team in Aberdeen to support the newly awarded SAI contract!

Requirements : Responsibilities :

• Independently creates, updates, coordinates, and staffs T&E documents that are managed under PD SAI.
• Reviews and analyzes current draft and / or approved versions of PD SAI Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Test Plans, Test Reports, and other program documentation for consistency, conformity to C5ISR requirements, adherence to higher headquarters directives, program impacts due to changes, etc. and provide appropriate comments to PD SAI.
• Reviews program documents for consistency of schedules, test strategy, and force level interoperability requirements.
• Coordinates modification to TEMPs; participates in test and evaluation IPT on behalf of PD SAI.
• Assists the combat developer in requirements research by ensuring requirements can be achieved with either current or anticipated technology.
• Evaluating and balancing user desires against anticipated budget expectations and assisting and educating users to encourage the development of testable requirements.
• Provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership.
• Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and / or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
• Coordinates the display of graphics and the production of the document.
• Ensures content is of high quality and conforms with standards.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $190,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
