Job Description

About the Role :

This full-time, on-site position is for an experienced Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer responsible for managing project planning, design, and permitting to meet milestones and quality standards. The role includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and agencies, supervising drafting staff, and preparing complete design and submittal packages.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage civil / site design projects from concept to completion
  • Oversee planning, design, and permitting processes
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Supervise drafting staff and ensure technical accuracy
  • Prepare design drawings, reports, and submittal documentation

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and P.E. license (required)
  • 5–10 years of civil / site design experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects independently
