District Operations Manager

This is a great opportunity to become a leader in a great company. We are seeking a growth-minded District Operations Manager to assist with managing refreshment operations. As the District Operations Manager, you will work with the District Manager to support our business.

Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring that the branch financial performance meets company and client objectives
• Optimizing operational productivity and monitoring development of realistic and accurate forecasts
• Interpreting and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote consistent application within the District
• Assisting where needed in the scheduling and coordination of new installations
• Participating in the sales process
• Identifying regional and district training requirements for Customer Service Managers
• Coordinating union contract negotiations
• Abiding by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable
