About the Role (Job Summary)

As a key leader in our Distribution Center (DC), you will oversee daily operations within the LUM area, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining McKesson's high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. You'll lead a team of associates across multiple functions including picking, packing, refrigeration processing, and automated systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Reporting to DC leadership, you'll be instrumental in supporting our mission to deliver better health outcomes.

Target Salary : 65-70K (depending on individual experience)

NO EXTERNAL RELOCATION PROVIDED- MUST BE WITHIN 50MI of site.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage daily operations in the LUM area, including picking, packing, refrigeration, and automated storage systems.
• Monitor productivity and performance using tools such as JDA, Power BI, and internal web dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all departments.
• Utilize ADP for timekeeping, PTO tracking, and attendance accountability.
• Analyze DPMO metrics to identify trends, coach associates, and improve operational accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve fulfillment or inventory issues.
• Communicate regularly with leadership to report on operational performance and challenges.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $55,500 - $92,500
