Established in 2008 by lifelong friends, Primo Partners is locally owned and operated in Houston. TX. It all started with a single scoop shop and has since grown to multiple shop locations, along with booming, trailblazing, and system-leading Off Premise Catering in ten states in the southeast. We are seeking the perfect fit for this part-time and on call position on our catering (off premise) team.

What are we looking for?

You have a flexible schedule and available to be on call for catering events.

You love to work with customers each and every day and bringing excitement of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream to people and events.

(Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly, fun, timely service and proper product handling)

You work hard and like the fact that catering has no set days, morning and evening hours; individuals must be willing to work nights, weekends, extended hours and holidays.

(You are a go getter and truly enjoy your work. No days off is your motto)

You are a leader and team player who is process oriented.

(Ensure that all start and finish procedures are followed and executed in a timely manner)

You can be counted upon during the business Spring, Summer and Fall months to fulfill all added responsibilities.

Scooper : Scoop all menu items, knowledgeable of all ice cream flavor ingredients, accurate cash handling and register procedures, while providing excellent customer service.

Runner : Provide all co-workers with any and all needed ice cream bulks, restocking of all paper products, toppings, spoons, and in general be ready to provide assistance with whatever needs to be done.

Waffler : Make all needed fresh baked waffle cones for the scoop lines. Accurate portion control and speed are essential in the position.

Cleaner : This position involves the cleaning designated areas to include picking up papers, washing tabletops, cleaning off-premise equipment, emptying the garbage and providing any assistance to consumers.

Flavor Coach : This position provides assistance to our guests by providing them with menu item or flavor ingredient answers, or trivia questions.
