Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be primarily responsible for the development and execution of downstream marketing activities in North America. The individual will work closely with the marketing team in daily management, business planning, near and long-term commercial strategy and execution, and other downstream functions such as product launches, events, dealer support, marketing literature and asset development in support of the Kerr operating company. They will collaborate with the sales organization to help deploy and train on brand strategy, field tactics, and clinical and technical training of key internal and external stakeholders. They will collaborate closely with other cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Channel Management, and Distribution Partners to support revenue targets of dental consumables. They will develop and execute comprehensive marketing, business development, brand and external communication strategies, tactical plans and programs to optimize market share and profitability. Identifies, develops and maintains customer and partner relationships and meet service requirements. Leads market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer / prospect dynamics in order to influence new product / service development. Other duties as assigned. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Brea, CA office.
