Work hour : 9 : 00 am- 5 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday

FLSA : Exempt, Full-Time, Direct-Hire

OVERVIEW

A leading global manufacturer of commercial food equipment is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join their growing team in Torrance, CA. Reporting to Sales Manager, this position is responsible for day-to-day client relations, handling mainly existing client's inquiry, but also some new clients' inquiries. Key responsibilities include promoting company products, visiting customers to provide product advice, generating quotes, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of B2B sales-related experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO :

Assist the Sales team with the preparation and processing of quotations, contracts, and invoices.

Handle order processing, coordinate shipping arrangements, and manage inventory.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate products deliveries and provide basic operational training to customers.

Manage and update customer information and sales progress records using CRM systems and spreadsheets.

Compile and prepare sales reports and relevant data for internal meetings and presentations.

Support the Sales Manager by preparing regular sales activity reports.

Assist in organizing and attending exhibitions and trade shows to support sales efforts.

Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the Sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales and / or marketing experience required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Japanese bilingual fluency is a big plus.

Passion for Japanese food and / or familiarity with Japanese culture is a plus.

Ability to travel 20% - 25%.

Ability to lift up to 85 pounds occasionally
