2nd Shift Setup Technician - $24-$30 / Hour (DOE)

This position is temporary with the opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Setup  Technician  for our food manufacturer client to start  immediately  at $24-$30 / hour, depending on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities :

The Set-Up Technician plays a key role in maintaining efficient production operations by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting packaging and processing equipment. This position ensures that machinery is properly configured and maintained to meet production schedules and quality standards.

• Set up and change over production and packaging equipment based on daily production requirements
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and escalate issues to plant manager, as needed
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with safety and food quality standards
• Collaborate with line operators and batch mixers to ensure smooth transitions and minimize downtime
• Document set-up procedures and adjustments made during shifts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and sanitation guidelines
