Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives. Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). License : Active Georgia RN license or Multi-State Compact. Certifications : ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required Experience : New graduates welcome; prior neuro or critical care experience preferred.
