We are seeking a dedicated JOB TITLE to join our team.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations and working closely with other functional areas with MPE such as engineering, quality, procurement, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in metal fabrication
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant medical device industry regulations.
• Monitor workflow, production schedules, and resource allocation to meet customer and business demands.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure product conformance and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, implementing and enforcing OSHA and company safety policies.
• Analyze production data and implement process improvements to optimize output and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop action plans for team members
