Ac t i v i ty Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed
• Maintain and manage ac t i v i ty attendance calendars
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the f ac ility
• Computer Knowledge
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Ac t i v i ties and Administrator
