Job Description
Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in healthcare construction , specifically hospitals and medical facilities. This person will oversee all phases of planning, design, and construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead multiple healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, OSHPD / HCAI standards, and local building codes.
- Oversee field operations and coordinate with superintendents to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Review design documents, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant PMs.
- Drive quality assurance, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
