LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our clients team in Hillsboro, OR. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to learn or someone with 1–3 years of customer support experience. You’ll play a key part in supporting both B2B and B2C customers , ensuring smooth operations from order entry to shipping.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficientlyGenerate and manage invoicesCreate and maintain reports using basic Excel functionsCoordinate shipping logistics and ensure timely deliveriesCommunicate with customers to resolve inquiries and provide updatesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus0–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative supportBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, filtering)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPositive attitude and willingness to learn and growWhy Join Our Client?
