Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we will serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units as we continue to open in 2025. We believe that caring, dedicated and valued staff provide exceptional patient care. We are seeking high caliber applicants that will provide innovative and evidence-based care focused on our patient's individual needs, comfort and safety. The Director of Human Resources oversees all functions of the Human Resources Department in accordance with approved administrative policies of Southridge. The HRD leads or facilitates programs for effective regulatory compliance, recruiting, orientation / training, wage / salary administration, employee relations and general welfare for all hospital employees.

Hours and Location : Full-Time, On Site. We are located on the south side of Grand Rapids, near the intersection of M-6 and Byron Center Ave SW : 6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315

Qualifications : Human Resources Director Job Requirements : Bachelor's Degree required, with an emphasis in Human Resources preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management.
